Would you like to help senior citizens in need?  Then this is for you!

It has come to our attention that there is a family that has had some problems and challenges in life that that have brought them close to the breaking point.  The husband who is having his 69th birthday on January 16th was disqualified and laid off from his job after working for Uncle in DOD for 20+ years, with a very small Medical retirement.  Then they "sold" their nice home on escrow which they had put their life savings into to assist in retirement, only to have it destroyed by fire (26 July 1986).  There was supposed to be insurance but after learning that the Department of Family Services had placed a pyromania foster child in the home with the "buyers", the insurance was not, and there was no recovery.   After that the small home which this family had moved to was also destroyed by fire when a whirlwind past through their home created sparks, and a resulting fire stirred up in the wind.  They lost two greenhouses, shop with tools, as well as destruction of home  Then to add to the experiences of this family, the wife and husband both experienced heart attacks with resulting high medical costs and increased DEBT.  They now live in a barn with a dirt floor.  Occasionally in the winter the inside temperature drops below freezing.  Happy when the night temperature inside does not go below 38 F.  Blankets and small heater keep them warm at night. They have built a greenhouse on south side of barn, so when the sun shines in the winter they can go there for day time comfort.  They are not complaining, but could use some help.  It is slow paying off massive credit card debt, and to also put in decent floors, a kitchen and bedroom & bath which is desired and hoped for.  They do what they can and desire to improve their lot in life.

If you are in a position to purchase some portion of  their $50,000.00 +  DEBT,  I am sure they would appreciate any help you can give, even if it is just $1.  That can add up, if there are enough helping hands.  It would be nice if they received enough extra that they could build a home business which would improve their lot.
